Visible search grounding API response when using Gemini 3 Pro

When prompting Gemini 3 Pro with search grounding enabled, it displayed a lot of its grounding data in the message itself. I’m unsure if this is an issue with Gemini’s API or T3 Chat, but I thought I would report it here anyways
