User provided API Keys - Customize which models use the Keys

Currently when we provide an API Key to use for example Opus 4, the key is used for all models of the provider (Anthropic in this case). It would be great when adding an API Key for the provider to only select which models it is used for and then the other models usage will count toward the standard T3 Chat usage meters for standard / premium requests.
