Usage meter constantly fluctuates

I sent a couple messages using Claude 4.6 sonnet and opus and my usage went down to 96%. I check again and it went back to 99%.

After I send a message and let 4.6 opus respond, my usage limit states 96%, I refresh it goes back to 99%. I open a new tab and enter settings, it’s back to 99%.
