UI Toggle consistency.

The position of the Dark-mode/Light-mode and Settings/Chat Toggles should persist across pages. This would replace the ‘Back to Chat’ button on the settings page.

(I would also move ‘Sign out’ to the “Account’ tab of the settings page)
