UI BUG Accept Account Transfer Modal Mobile

The modal that pops up for accepting account transfer is cut off on mobile view. using desktop view on mobile browser still didnt work. Bottom half is cut off, so i cant click on accept button. FIxed issue by going on laptop and accepted it there.

    It is now scrollable, will eventually make a better mobile UI.
