tooltips `pointer-events: none;`

Can you please make all tooltips pointer-events: none;? This way I can click through them. The problem is that tooltips often cover areas where users might want to click. When the tooltip is clickable, I have to move the cursor away (to make the tooltip go away), then move it back to where I want to click, hoping to not trigger another tooltip.
