Tokens in latex blocks just throw an error although it still completed the entire stream

Weird error with o4-mini medium. The prompt is “What’s the integral of

R(t) = <t^2 e^-t, (5t - 7)/(t^2 - 3t + 2)> with respect to t?”
The latex math blocks just throw an error but still ended the stream somehow. This might just be on OpenAI API’s end and not specific to t3 chat. But anyways, errors also stack up in mobile (i.e. when a stream errors out several times) instead of clearing out after a successful response from a prompt. The only workaround is to sync it again in desktop and regenerate a new response.
