Thread title is the same if the first message is an image

The default thread title is “New conversations started”, which is the title that appears when the first message in the thread is an image (attachment), without text. The underlying issue, it seems, is that you don’t include attachments when figuring out the title: if I send a message “arst” with an image attached, the title will be something arst-related.
