Text Formatting Missing

I using GPT 5 (normal and reasoning. and it seems that there is no text format, so that the text is hard to read. Here is the current text format.

But, sometimes the result give us the text format like this (which is what i want)

i think that this is a bug because it also happened when using o4-mini. can you guys fix this?
