Temporary chats can't be deleted in multi-select mode

This affects both desktop and mobile but is mostly an issue on mobile since there is no hover and long pressing the chat enters multi-select mode. This is fine on desktop as it is possible to delete the chat using the delete button surfaced by hovering over the chat.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create temporary chat

• Select the temporary chat in multi-select mode (hold opt on mac, long press on mobile)

• Press “Permanently Delete” in the multi-select options menu.

• Observe that the chat remains.
