Team Pay

Would be great if we could do Team Payment. Per user. None of that 3 or 5 users minimum stuff.

Payment options could be Credit Card or GitHub (maybe extra 20%).
Reason for Github pay is Enterprise teams can add users via Github without waiting for the Billing Department to add the credit card.
