T3 requires manual refreshes

I’m finding that, in Firefox, I have to constantly refresh to start a new chat if the window is left open after some time (maybe 30 min). This used to not be the case, but I would say this has been the standard for about 2 weeks now. This is unrelated to when I get the “refresh” notification.
