Sync issues

I’ve encountered too many times already ( today I had to logout - login / close tab - reopen another tab / again login - logout multiple times and login for 3 or 4 times just to be able to use the website )

I saw into console that there is a request to getSyncedData that fails

Also if sync issue appears, all chats disappear ( kinda make sense ) but what doesn’t make sense why I cannot still use the chats just to get my things done.
