Suggested Prompts Not Recognized as Input on New Chat

When initiating a new chat and selecting one of the suggested prompts, the application does not immediately recognize this as valid input. As a result, an error message "Message requires text" is displayed. To successfully send the selected prompt, a manual modification (such as adding and then deleting a character) is currently necessary to trigger input detection.
