When I try to send a message as soon as the page loads, it fails with a “Subscription Required“ toast. I have to then wait a couple seconds before actually sending that message.
I have a similar issue when the connection get lost. I have three different examples, in all of them the connection got lost.
For example the connection with the company vpn lasts no more than 4 hours then you need to reconnect and after I connect with the vpn I need to reload the page.
Another example is when I work on the train, the connection is lost frequently and I have to reload the page to see the chat with the subscription.
And in the every day life, after I leave my computer with the chat open and put the computer on hybernation and come back I need to reload the page to use the chat.

For me this is now completly broken, waiting some time does not fix it.
I normally use Brave but also tried in Chrome.
Whats interesting when I go to settings I can see I am subscribed, but e.g. the usage limits are not shown

This is unrelated.
It appears that our payments provider had a brief outage this morning for approximately 30 minutes around 2AM PT.
We are working with them to address this going forward to prevent service interruption.
