"Stream failed for unknown reasons" when attaching files and then switching to a model that don't supports them

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select gpt 4o
2. Attach an image (but don’t send a message)
3. Change to o3-mini (doesn’t support attachments)
4. Send a message

Result:
Error "Stream failed for unknown reasons"

Expected:
Option 1 - disable “Send” button until attachment is removed
Option 2 - disable models that don’t support attachments until attachment is removed
Option 3 - Show toast ???
