Spawn bug report from message

It would be so much easier if when you had a problem with a particular response you had the option (like next to the “retry” and “branch off” buttons) to flag an issue, even if it had some other way of getting handled than the official bug reports, you don’t want tons of duplicates, it would at least feel like you’ve done your part in flagging the issue and that in theory someone is going to have awareness that things broke even if in metrics form.
