Some latex rendering
I know this isn't probably common for normal people and LaTeX rendering is hard, but just leaving it here as a suggestion.

I have mostly solved latex issues by adding the following custom instructions:
- only use escaped parenthesis for inline math and double $$ for display math. this is not negotiable under any circumstances.
- The agent (not the user) MUST use escaped parenthesis \( and \) for inline math in latex output
- At the beginning of a math-heavy question, you MUST mention your plan to use \( and \) for latex

This seems to happen with Gemini models more often than anything else for me - no idea why, I don’t know enough about LaTeX syntax to judge this and it might just be biased since I prefer Gemini for Math, just a subjective observation I had. Maybe they tend to generate some kind of syntax that is less common with other models.

Well in this case, I forgot that I'm using the Mathtools LaTeX package, so \bigtimes isnt rendered by default in LaTeX(with standard packages), although I know time to time things are not rendered that should be…On the output side, the models themselves make syntax errors sometimes, and this also leads to failed rendering…
