some keyboard shortcuts require QWERTY physical key positions

I use dvorak and since the new update the shortcut to open a new chat ⌘⇧O does not work with were the O is on dvorak. You have to press where the O is on qwerty even though I am in dvorak input mode. The sidebar shortcut ⌘B still works with dvorak.

Shortcuts affected: Search, New Chat, Open Model Picker

Shortcuts that still work: Toggle Sidebar

Browser: The bug was persistent Chrome, Helium, and Zen

OS: macOS Sequoia 15.7.3

    This also affects keyboard layouts where, for example, “/” isn’t on the same physical key that it is on American layout. The layout that I use, Finnish, is one of them. Wasn’t hard to figure out thou.

    this has been killing me every time I try to ⌘ + Z (maps to / physical key) to undo typing it opens up the model picker instead

    Facing the same issue in Zen browser (macOS Sequoia 15.7.3).

    Even the open command (Cmd+Shift+K) is affected, and the worst thing that it is Reopen last tab (Cmd+Shift+T) in Dvorak, so when ever I try to reopen the tab, instead T3 opens the command menu :’(

    Is there a way to maybe disable these shortcuts until it is fixed?
