Sidebar scroll resets to top when chat is selected from New Chat page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new chat. (Click “New Chat” or use keyboard shortcut)

2. Scroll to any chat that requires scrolling to access on the sidebar.

3. Select that chat.

4. Observe that the sidebar scroll resets to the top.

Expected behaviour:

Sidebar remains in the same position after the chat is selected.
