Show model[name/icon] next to/below thread summary

There’s probably a lot of people running the same prompts through a couple of models, to see how they approach it or what different things they consider. The thread summary then usually is the same, but now we have a couple of same-name threads that we have to click through one by one (yes, it’s really fast, but still) to find the one by model X or Y.

So maybe you can come up with a neat way to distinguish these threads by the model we were talking to, either via an icon or the name, and as a bonus: a quick filter on top of the thread list to only show threads run on a certain model.
