Show Loading Spinner in sidebar on actively generating threads

Currently there is no telltale visible in the threads list to distinguish whether a chat is actively receiving generated text.

If you are working on another thread while waiting for text generation, or if you had switched tabs so the chat window could receive text faster (since staying in the tab with very long messages can often cause 10~30 minute delays on slower CPUs), the only way you can keep track is to periodically check back in on the thread.
