T3 Chat is really not designed for writing large amounts of code. This seems like a fairly small skill though, you could copy-paste it in your custom instructions in settings

I often ask for help with understanding how to configure certain things in my manjaro + hyprland setup, and I want to not repeat myself every time!
Would be great if I can just /manjaro-environment to give it the context of my manjaro setup.

Just in general, the ability to add skills by uploading SKILL.md files—and, like you mentioned, maybe even from skills.sh—is a great opportunity!
