Scrolling freezes until the whole response is finished

Bug Reports

I can’t properly scroll the window until the whole response is finished. Everything freezes. This issue appeared recently and is very annoying.

    During Generation Scroll doesn't work

Sometimes when it is generating a new response, the scroll doesn’t work anymore. I can see on the left that the response is still getting generated but the apart from that UI completely becomes unresponsive.
