Scroll with arrow keys

I like the scroll to bottom button, and I recognize text auto scroll as content is generated may cause issues. I would like to request manual scrolling via the arrow keys be implemented.

1) Holding down scrolls down as text is generated.
2) Holding up scrolls up through the chat.
3) Holding left or right arrow keys while cursor is hovering over a code block to scroll left or right.
