Russia geo-block

I am traveling to Russia and noticed that it seems like all connections from a Russian-originating IP to T3 chat are geo-blocked on your side.Tried out with 2 different addresses from 2 different ISP’s (one being static for about 10 years and not listen anywhere as potentially harmful). Not sure if this is an oversight or intentional - but would be nice if there would not be a blanket ban on every single address from a specific country.
