Retry popover disappears when attempting to select a model in Safari

The retry popover functions correctly and appears when clicked, but immediately disappears when the user attempts to select a different model, making model selection impossible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open T3 Chat in Safari browser

2. Make a chat request

3. Click the retry button to open the retry popover

4. Attempt to click on a model option
   

Expected Behavior: The popover should remain open and allow the user to select a different model from the available options.

Actual Behavior: The popover disappears immediately when trying to click on a model, preventing model selection.
