Restore ability to DISABLE cloud sync

This was a feature that drew me to keeping my subscription because I could use this on my personal computer and my work computer without personal convos jumping onto my work computer. This feature was removed and all my chats started landing on my work computer and caused me a panic of “what did I say?!?!“. Fix this, please.
