Reordering Profiles in UI

Feature Request

I feel like we should be able to reorder the profiles list in the UI. Preferably both in the chat view and in settings. I can see a drag/drop method working for both potentially. This will be handy for people that have quite a few profiles and want to organize them a little bit.

Yup I think of profiles as spaces in Arc or Zen, and being able to reorder them seems natural
