Removed (pasted text) attachments sometimes persist during edits.

When editing a prompt with a (pasted text) attachment: Upon deleting the attachment the button disappears.
However, sometimes (but not always?) the model responds as if the deleted (and no longer visible) attachment is still present.

I have not tested with other kinds of attachment so unsure if specific to pasted text.

The issue can be avoided by (whenever editing a prompt with an attachment) copying the prompt to edit, branching the chat above it and editing in the main prompt field.
But it would be nice to not have to.
