Quickly reaching Usage Limits on Premier Plan

I’ve been on premier plan for a while now and don’t think I’ve ever had an issue of reaching usage limits until the past couple of days even though my usual workflow has not changed. My usual pattern is switching between GPT5.5 medium reasoning and Google Gemini 3.1 Pro (high reasoning) and Kimi 2.6 (Thinking) in the same chat. For example, this new chat from tonight (

You've used more than 75% of your usage limit. Your next reset is in 41 minutes (3 Jun, 8:30 pm NZST).” Have usage limits changed recently or has their been a change to the length of T3 Chat system prompt?
