Provide input as part of url

Please make it so one can provide the text of the first question as a parameter in the url. This way you can make links from other systems to autogenerate prompts for people (t3.chat?input=what%20is%20llm).

This also makes it possible to set the browser up to use t3 as a “search” engine where you prepend your actual question with someting (liketypping ‘tt what is llm’)
