I had no idea PDF uploads were not supported on T3. I would go as far as saying that I wouldn’t have even purchased T3’s subscription had I known this beforehand.

    Honestly, can't wait for this!

Lack of PDF support is the main thing holding me back from fully switching over from ChatGPT to T3Chat. The ability to work with PDFs, especially for OCR from textbooks, is essential for any high school student IMO.

Agreeing with the OCR on pdf

PDFs are non-negotiable, it’s essential for students and the only thing keeping me on ChatGPT even with my T3 subscription

This is an essential feature that prevents me from fully using T3 chat. Not just PDF but Gemini 2.0 or chatGPT are able to parse multiple file formats and only having option to use images is incredibly limiting.

Yeah, me too I know that GPT definitely can parse PDF and even Microsoft Office files like word, excel and so on, so that’s a bummer for now

Google’s models can parse pdfs very well for cheap. Even if you limit this feature to them it would be great

My whole family and me are using AI for work and private. PDF, ODT and ODS (LibreOffice) and also simple TXT files are the most common formats we use. Not supporting them is a MASSIVE disadvantage for your platform. If you want to grow, you should make the support for this formats your FIRST PRIORITY.
