Pagination Navigation Broken in Settings

When going through the Attachments in settings, the previous button always remains in a disabled state. The next button stays enabled even when there are no longer any results on the current or next page.

I’m also unable to navigate through the Chat History pages in settings. Both the previous and next buttons are disabled and I can only see the 10 most recent conversations.
