Page refreshed and became blank

I was using it off and on and then for some time I left it open on the left half of my screen and used other things in the right half (slack etc.).

It just refreshed on its own to this and stayed like this indefinitely until I refreshed the entire page and after a minute it showed chats again like usual.

Side point, clicking between different chats has gotten slow and laggy over the last few days, haven’t noticed when it started but it’s noticably like OpenAI slow
