Option to Disable Streaming for OpenAI API Usage

Hey. Could we get a toggle to disable streaming and message summaries?

As you know, some OpenAI models require verification to use, but they can actually work without verification as long as streaming and message summaries are turned off. It would be nice to have these as optional toggles in the app settings so users could use their own OpenAI credits without going through the verification process.

This would basically let people use their existing API credits while keeping the verification requirement only for users who want to have streaming and or message summaries.
