o3-mini output is a mess!

Mostly: code snippets are part in and part out of the code section, not sure if its a web format or model issue?

    Model issue. We do our best to repair bad outputs, but sometimes the models mess it up too badly for automatic repair to work. I would suggest against using o3 for code as well fwiw.
