Are there any plans to include the o1 model? In my experience it outperforms o3-mini and other models in complex reasoning tasks and is the only reason i keep coming back to open ai’s official chat

    If we see enough demand for it, which so far we have not.

    If we do, it will require premium credits, as it is a much more expensive model to run

      Would it be possible to supply an api key to use o1, like the gpt 4.5 model?

        We don’t want to add more models that require api keys unless they have high demand as they are confusing to a casual user.

        Judgding by the upvotes on this post, the demand is just not there at this time to justify it.
