New Chat btn: cursor changes multiple times + cursor not-allowed

When clicking the New Chat button; the cursor changes to the default state, then back to pointer and back to default again. Sometimes multiple times. Feels janky.

Also I think a cursor not-allowed state would be better than the default state when the button is disabled. Though I’m a bit confused, since MDN states not-allowed is for drag & drop. In the Tailwind examples they use it on a button though.
