Navigate to user prompts as checkpoints in a thread

Almost always, LLMs don’t answer one-shot and they tend to not be concise (especially GPT-5.2).

Now, I need to scroll through the chat but because AI responses are so verbose, and prompts are usually a few lines, it becomes pretty difficult to find the right place.

Suggestion: Provide a tiny navigation sidebar (e.g. on the right pane) that lists a preview of the user chat messages.
