Looks like this may be related to the UI issue i have just ran into with using 10 attachments. in 1 prompt. its really not easy to navigate to say the 4th attachment.

I am not able to reproduce this issue myself, there is a slight delay when clicking the “X” button, but they seem to remove fine for me
Can you confirm what browser/os you are using?

I can remove the images fine, but there are 5 or so images in this prompt, and if I want to remove the last one, i first have to - 1. know the name of the image - 2. delete the ones that are currently visible in the UI

oh, I see. It is scrollable, but that may not be clear/easy to do if you are using a mouse.
