Model searches but doesn't write a response

While using GPT5-mini with search, I encountered this weird bug where the model will return to me what seems to be a successful tool call responses and reasoning messages without the model itself responding, this is a picture of the chat.
It doesn’t happen very often but it does occur from time to time.
