Missing all prev chats and missing a new one after refresh

I have opened the app on my desktop (new tab), and I saw no prev chats in the sidebar. I have not been using the app recently, so I thought maybe Theo did one more db migration. I have created a new chat, got my response, but I have noticed the chat title was not generated. Then I hit reload, and got all my prev chats, but the new one is missing.
I am open to provide more help for debugging if needed.
