mhchem support

LLMs (particularly Gemini models) often use the mhchem package for mathjax when writing chemistry equations (

https://mhchem.github.io/MathJax-mhchem/).

It would be great if you t3chat could support such messages, as currently it does not render very well, e.g.

    More tex Rndering (chemistry)

    I really am glad about the rendering of math equations, but there are arguments for chemistry equations that are unfortunately not rendering. Maybe this could be implemented.

    Also if all of this could be done in the question field i would be happy about it. Maybe it is at the moment, because the Title one is, but i did not find a way yet

      Can you share an example of a prompt that is resulting in improper formatting? Also which model you are using?

      From a quick test, it seems like it should be working:

      (note: i have not done anything with chemistry in probably 10 years now, so I couldn’t think of deeper things to ask it that would require more formatting)

      Also if all of this could be done in the question field i would be happy about it

      This is unfortunately unlikely for us to be able to support as it is very un-performant to do in real time :(
