Message Usage Progress Bar Radius

Description:

It sounds like it should be considered using overflow: hidden on the progress wrapper element, to help keep the progress bar neatly contained. Alternatively, other options can be explored to achieve proper rounding, no matter the width of the active progress. Also, it seems a bit “oddly round” until it reaches about 5% of the width.
