Message box and chat should be centered in the screen, regardless of sidebar

As it stands right now, the message box and chat is not centered horizontally. It takes into account the sidebar which leads the chat to be moved off center towards the right, this is uncomfortable to use. It should only take into account the sidebar when the sidebar would need to push the message content to the side.
