Markdown Table Text Highlighting Error

Text in Tables does not get rendered with the proper highlighting.Italic text does not get rendered as italic but as normal text within tables.

This is a NON-CRITICAL, UI only, edge case bug.
The Text Extracted via copy / paste does show the highlighting, so it is present just not rendered as such.
