Margin Options

Please consider adding margin/max-width options. I can hack it now with Stylus, but it’s often useful to have a wider view for code blocks. Even just something like “Standard” and “Unbound” would be nice, where the content can take all the available width. (My super hacky Stylus way is * { max-width: unset !important; }).
