Make T3 Chat Refresh appear only daily

I've been noticing that T3 Chat asks me to refresh pretty frequently, sometimes multiple times an hour. It's a bit disruptive to my workflow.

Would it be possible to change the update schedule so that it only prompts for a refresh once a day, maybe around midnight? That way, I can manually refresh it at a convenient time without constant interruptions.
