Local Only API Key Storage Message

I’m sure it is already a feature in the making to make personal API keys sync across devices. However, in the meantime it would be great to have a message on /settings/api-keys to let people know these keys will only be stored locally.

I’m probably not the only one that spent some time thinking I’m going mad and recreating API keys on all three supported platforms.
